- Organization: I *Literally* walked the skybridge between the Consumer & Revenue organizations in two separate buildings, all-day-long, representing both business and user interests on the Ad Formats team. I am responsible end-to-end and full-lifecycle of an advertiser and iOS/Android/Web user’s journey from an ad being created, launched, analyzed, measured, & converted as well as consumer experiences on Timeline, Newsfeed, Profile, Tweet, and data API.

- Consumer Experience iOS/Android/Web: Launched Carousel Ad Format on iOS, Android, Web, & API with website click and mobile app install objectives with full-lifecycle management of the product, ad marketplace performance, and sales strategy. I took responsibility for the consumer & revenue success metrics end-to-end to manage & innovate on ad formats across iOS, Android, & web. Led ad creation, ads formats, API creation/analytics, ads reporting, go-to-market strategy, measurement data strategy, A/B and A/A data science testing experiments, & data-driven design & research initiatives for a

$5B+ y/r marketing and data selling business. I Led cross-functional product initiatives on Ad Formats collaborating with staff software engineers, product strategists, product marketing, data scientists, product designers, data engineerings, policy, marketplace mechanism designers, media analysts, and sales strategists. I was responsible for all the ways consumers interact with ads & for the entire success story of a twitter marketing buyer, an advertiser. I reported to a lead PM and was hired by his director - a sponsor and mentor of mine.

- Machine Learning: Launched large-scale machine learning experiments with a go-to-market strategy; with leading and driving consumer ad format experiences on iOS and Android; API and data engineering product architecture; owning key business objectives in ad marketplace contributing to performance spending metrics like eCPM, spend, conversions. - Product Design & Research: Launched user research studies on mobile ad formats. Facilitated end-to-end consumer & advertiser research designed as a product owner of the experiences, interactions, touchpoints, success metrics, and user stories with customer

feedback driving our priorities ( I even built demos of the Twitter app in Framer using coffeescript)

- Analytics: Led product and engineering strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and data infrastructure architecture on ad measurement, ads analytics, ads reporting, and ad server experiments in ad marketplace. I influence how an advertiser measures ad success starting from a line-item - with creative, targeting, audience, and spend data.

- Audience Insights: Led product, customer, sales, and data business strategy partnering with Product Strategist, Data Engineerings, Client Managers, & UserResearch. I conducted comprehensive analysis of market and customer value with research; product need prioritization with data investigations; and product feature offerings with sales business strategy for sensitive customers like banking, media & entertainment, insurance, & large-scale API and media buyer customers. I influenced how a marketer understands their audience from a consumer & marketing data analysis perspective.

- Policy: Led data engineering investigation & led policy choices that lowered Elon Musk (now of X.com), (then) President Donald Trump’s followers count, and other popular accounts. Led measurement, analytics, & API policy product direction.

- Now: Twitter is now known as X (X.com), the social network by Elon Musk. They use the ad formats I launched to drive the majority of $5B ad spend and the organizational efficiencies I spearheaded to drive product and customer development.

SNAP Inc. (Snapchat) ($SNAP)- Product Manager (Creative Tools Monetization) (Santa

Monica)

- Ad Formats: Led end-to-end and full-cycle ad/marketing creative tools monetization on Ad Formats team reporting to Group PM on Snapchat Filters, Promoted Filters, Filter Studio (web), and organic Filters (iOS/Android app): creatives/illustrations data-driven and design intuitive daily rotations of Filters users add on Snap videos and photos. I was hired at Snapchat following a video social app company i co-founded and led product, growth, and engineering for a social network, TagMe: a crowdsourced video documentary iOS app

- Creation Tools: Launched Promoted Smart Elements - a metadata overlay on Snap Filters on the iOS/Android apps that enables advertisers to have always-fresh media that applies location, time, user name, & dynamic content in their Promoted Filters.

- Data: Launched and managed machine learning experiments for consumer and ads Filters driving creative optimizations and ad objective performance (conversion, installs, & ad/media efficiency)

- Organization: Worked cross-functionally with product strategy, product marketing, data science, product design, and engineering on ad creation features, consumer iOS/Android app Filter user experience, and Filter Studio web application sourcing community participation

- Community: Set the ban list for curse words filters, drove font choices for Snapchat application, and drove illustrative choices for daily Filters

- Now: Snapchat users and advertisers see success everyday with the projects I launched to help their media optimizations and creation

- Founder & software engineer (open source) of Github.com/CryptoSignal, a popular open-source project for cryptocurrency trading and technical analysis, a Python command-line tool that automates cryptocurrency technical analysis, which has gained significant traction on GitHub with over 5,200 stars and 1,300 forks (with a 4,000+ member Discord community (discord.com/invite/MWTJVFf).

- Now: It features momentum analysis, various technical indicators, and alerts through multiple platforms aiming to democratize access to tools for analyzing the cryptocurrency market, particularly focusing on Bitcoin. I wrote the first 85 lines of code in Python and cultivated the open source community. Now an autonomous community independently collaborating on features versioning, and market leverage influenced by free and open code.

September 2016 - April 2017 (8 Months)

Zoosk (ACQ by Spark Networks) - Product Manager (In-house start-up incubator / venture studio) (San Francisco)

- Product Owner: Reporting directly to Sr. VP of Product, I was the - only - Product

Manager for a video dating app, Lively, at Zoosk in the in-house venture / start-up studio. Led end-to-end and full-lifecycle app on iOS /iPhone application with an AWS back-end serverless architecture for media storage & streaming; API for matchmaking services

- Feature Ownership: I was responsible for all the features of the video dating app: dating app profiles (videos); video & photo creation tools; swiping and dating mechanics; match-making algorithm product decisions; direct messaging experience; push notifications; and growth reengagement & activation features for sign-up, profile completion, social interactions, and viral mechanics

- Analytics: Mixpanel analytics; funnel and growth strategy; and user acquisition strategy. Led instrumentation of iOS app for customer success tracking. I owned key metrics including matches (men & female), messages (leading to first date), & retention (long-term success)

- Growth: Launched full-cycle and end-to-end product growth initiatives driving $100k in quarterly Facebook ads spending

- Ad Creation Tools: Reporting directly to VP of Product as an intern, I launched bulk ad-creation tools for media analytics using Facebook marketing API [it’s responsible for media spend and marketing efficiency management for Uber, Mastercard, Stubhub, and Dollar Shave Club]

- Engineering: I wrote Javascript code as a solutions software engineer that powers Twitter marketing tool as a Contractor.

- Now: Ampush is now acquired by Red Ventures. It does marketing management for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterst, and Twitter using their marketing APIs - with in house media analysts that use my ad-creation tools for performance marketing driving key metrics like eCPM, media spend efficiencies, and audience insights driven media buys.
